Mid-term aging check

Six months shows how desert sun and lifestyle affect your piece. Compare to month three — slight lightening is normal; blotchy loss is not.

What's normal

• Even grey transitions on portraits and wildlife.
• Color pieces stable if SPF used consistently.
• Cover-ups integrated — old ink no longer readable at distance.
• Finished redesign should read as new art, not a dark blob.

Watch for — not typical

• Sharp fade bands on color (often sun exposure).
• Grey wash turned uniformly muddy — may indicate aftercare or design issue.
